This film is about three prisoners , sentanced to multiple consecutive life sentances . They are offered a deal , work for the police and capture thier fellow criminals or sit and rot out the rest of thier days on a orbiting prison , serving no less than 400 years each . Faced with such a 'generous' offer the group take it and begin to track down criminals. For every succesfulll criminal captured or killed they recieve a deduction off thier sentances . But if they fail , the exploding colors placed around thier necks detonate. The manga comes in three parts :

• File #1 Virtual Death : The trio try and save a highrise building from being destroyed with its oucupants from a unknown terrorist.



• File#2 Psyhcic Trooper : Goku must fight A psychic trooper , a new weapon designed by the army to wipe out crime.



• File#3 Blood Lust Ben-tan trys to solve a mystery which seems to involve a mystical vampire .

The film is available from Manga Video on a single VHS casset containing all three parts. I found it to be good watching and worth additon to any colloctors collection.
