Think demons are gone ? Locked away in hell ? Akira finds out the hard way in this manga . He pairs up with a old friend , Ryo and together they decide to bring hell back to the demons that have been woken up , and send thm back from whence they came. However the only way for them to combat the demons , is to gain the power of a demon and so we have Devil Man , a demon-human hybrid , on a mission to teach all demons a lesson in manners.
Episode 1 : The Birth
How it all began . Akira , a ordinary if innocent young boy , goes to school in tokyo . After bieng beaten up by a bunch of bullies he meets up with a old friend , Ryo , who says he has a small problem. And so it begins.
Episode 2 : The Demon Bird
Akira now living with Viki , while Ryo convaleses in a hospital after the summoning is called out to battle the creature that killed his parents. Unbeknown to him a greater demon is loose in the world , and she wants his blood and soul. Devil Man must face his greatest challenge , fighting one of the oldest and most powerfull demons , under the watchfull eyes of thier master.
A good Manga , the first episode a bit slow but covering the birth and creation. One to be seen but not all might want it in thier collection. Story is origional but I think they could have chosen him a better name.
